All alone today in my workstation. My friend Jo is out and my other officemate hasn't arrived yet. That's the only drawback for flexible working hours everyone has their own "in" time. I chose to eat alone rather than be with the other staff since I didn't want to eat the regular lunch meal (here it consists of rice and whatever you want with it). 
Right now I'm eating crackers and drinking ice tea. I just hope this will make me last the rest of the day. For back up though I also bought Pringles and Hopia (I repeat this is just for emergency). I had crabs and shrimps for meals in the past 5 days. I am not complaining mind you but my friend cholesterol is just nearby. So I really got to control whatever I'm eating. For the meantime.

Last Sunday I asked my mom to bake me a chocolate cake. Until now I haven't seen any signs
that she actually even attempted to make one. Well, yesterday was understandable, she just found out a friend of hers passed away. This really came as a shock to her since it was just a month or two when they last saw each other. Tomorrow she'll be going to the province to vote. So that means no chocolate cake for me until Monday. Why don't I bake it you ask? If I had talent there's nothing to stop me. Alas, I am not gifted like my younger sister and mom.
