Last Sunday while we we're waiting for the suuuuuuuuuper delayed telecast of the Pacquiao-Morales match, my sister and I decided to put up our Christmas tree. We already decided that our color motif for this year will be red and gold. We bought some additional decors the day before so we were a little excited with the outcome. Little did we know that it was a good thing that the fight was delayed coz' that was how long it took for us to finish decorating our tree. The Christmas lights took forever to be correctly placed. We had to remove it several times for several reasons. My pseudo-electrician sister had to fix some of the lights since some of them were not working anymore. I think she even got slightly electrocuted (she forgot to unplug the lights - hence the title pseudo). The decors were another matter. My father commented that the blue motif was much better while my mom preferred the traditional colors. Eventually, we were able to arrange the lights and got the decorations on the the tree. I took a picture of our finished product (not seen in its best light though). It's not the best tree but its made from blood, sweat and tears. That's just the tree I wonder how long it would take for us to decorate the house......
