July is almost halfway through and this is the first post I made. I have been busy with work for the past weeks. One of the bosses in my office thinks that we're machines - able to do work in a single click. Today is my birthday and guess what? Instead of the rest that I have been dreaming of I was at work. But still my birthday was a happy one. For one thing lots of people greeted me this time. 
Unlike the past couple of years wherein there was just a handful who remembered. My college buddies suddenly planned a get together (of course this had something to do with me treating them out). My office mate who I shared a birthday with was also at work which made me feel a bit better. My friends in the office wore pink blouses (they think its my favorite color) which funnily enough I was wearing too. While the rest of the team shared with the celebration, we all had snacks at the pantry. Pretty enjoyable group of people. The only snag in my day was my trip home the MRT had a malfunction earlier so that it was really packed by the time I got there. Well at least a got home 
whole. To cap my day, my parents cooked for us and my mom baked me my favorite chocolate cake. A great day in the end.Just me,
