Work station mascot

This is what I see every morning at work:

This weird-looking creature drives me crazy. Makes me laugh every time my eye catches it. Finally got my camera out and took a picture. It's my office mate's funny looking toy giraffe. It sits on top of his computer monitor kinda like a mascot.

I wonder where he got it though.
