Estate Planning

My Aunt called me up last Sunday to ask if I could do estate planning for her Mom's (my grand aunt) properties. I was not familiar with the term but I had a guess as to what it might be. This came as a surprise to me. That she was willing to entrust me with this task. I'm still not sure though if I'm up to it, but I'm reading up on whatever I can find about it. Mostly, I know that it all boils down to taxes. You can do whatever with your property but always with tax consequences. And Taxation just happens to be my least favorite subject in law school. Anyway, I think my Aunt is just trying to have her options open and in the end may not actually take my advice.
