Pasta From Scratch

My mom and sister love to try out new stuff to cook. For their latest escapade they wanted to make cannelloni pasta - from scratch. My aunt (from whom they got the recipe) had only this say "good luck." Little did they know that they really did need luck. My sister did the pasta - yup, she got the exercise that she'd always dreamed of. You see she didn't use a pasta maker well, primarily because we didn't have one. But I really wished we had one. I wasn't spared tough, I was tasked to wrap the meat with the pasta (otherwise hell will break loose). I was looking closely at the pasta. It looked vaguely familiar. Yeah, it reminded me of an omellete. My sister and mom laughed when I told them this. But I always say whatever we lack in presentation we always make up for taste. I hope. We haven't tasted it yet. It's my sister's birthday dinner so we get to eat it this evening. I'll keep you posted.
