My weekend in Cubao....

Finally a respite from my very hectic schedule. I had to concentrate on work last week that's why I wasn't able to write here. Anyway, had to make to two trips to Cubao last weekend. First was on Saturday. I had to pay my credit card bill and email my cousin. Our computer as usual was not working properly so we went to a net cafe. There we got to see (via the webcam) my sister's house in Australia. We got to chat with her for a few minutes. After that my sister and I bought some trinkets for our phones a couple of pocketbooks and a Garfield crossword puzzle which by the way is Odie approved (which is an essential requirement if you want to get one).

The second trip was last Sunday, we had to accompany my mom because she was sending a package to my cousin. it was hot that day so we opted to stay a bit longer after we were through with the package. There were more people in the mall that day than last Saturday. Which was a bit weird for us. This time we got to buy a couple of bags and shoes. My mom got bit frustrated because she wasn't able to buy anything. All the shoes she tried on had no size for her. She has very small feet. Even if there were sizes for her under the teen section, she didn't like the designs.
