This and That

I still can't log-in today obviously Human Resources hasn't updated my profile. What's funny is that I saw a waiver (compressed work week) on my table today. Oh, well I'll sign it as soon as my employment contract is presented to me. Let them stew.

Last night was my sister's company party. She was so pissed off when her name got called in first for the raffle. We were hoping that she would win one of the major prizes. What she got instead was a bottle of wine. Let's drink to that!


Yesterday I saw a billboard of Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore's movie Music and Lyrics. This is the first time I learned that the two had actually made a movie. So today I checked on the internet on what the movie was all about. Here's one site I found which had a synopsis and a trailer. I have yet to decide whether to watch it or not.


Lately, I have to make a list of all the things that I'm supposed to do everyday. I seem to be absent-minded these days. I have no idea why. In fact I feel that my brain has nothing inside. It reminds me of a short cartoon I think its title is Gregory and Peck. Wherein both of the leads were saying what happens inside their brains. One said his brain never stopped talking while the other only hears the stillness of the night. Which reminds me, I saw a phone accessory of Patrick Star in one of those tiangges. I wanted to buy one but backed out the last minute. I just hate it when a saleslady stands too close to you.
