Office Space

The people have awoken from their deep sleep. I have felt their presence since the streets are teeming with them. I guess for most of them today is the end of their holiday. It's back to work.

I found out yesterday that we were going to change office floors by next week. This is the second time that we'll be changing our office space. I think that its due to the fact that our company has recently been reorganized. There also has been some promotions so I guess there's also a physical move as well. It's kinda difficult for me since I'm a creature of habit. I like my current space I sit near the window so I get a good view of the metropolis. Our current location is pretty good but as they say change is good besides I heard that it's still has a view. One of my officemates said that the place we're transferring to is a lot smaller so a lot of our stuff will be left here (which can be good or bad depending on whose viewpoint you ask). It will be kinda sad since not all will be moving with us most of the other groups will be left behind. I think its only our group which will be moving. It's like the isolation booth. Gossip will be limited to our group (tsk tsk!). There will definitely be adjustments made. Retraining of oneself to push a different floor in the elevators. I just hope and pray that I get to sit by the window again...
